Cooking is a fun family activity. Tyee PTSA Cooking Club and Little Masters Club will host the weekly cooking activity from October 16th, 2022. The cooking club is going to share cuisines from all around the globe. The mission of the cooking club is to inspire the students' interest in different cuisines and improve their cooking skills. If your child has a dish that they would like to share, we would love to have him/her as a guest teacher for a day. All cooking activities will be online this semester. Therefore, we request the parent to accompany the student during the club activities. The parent MUST sign the liability waiver to have their child participate in the Cooking Club. Students from other schools in the Bellevue School District are welcome to participate in the Cooking Club. On Sunday afternoons, enjoy the meal prepared by your little chef at home.
It is our pleasure that Sonya Elder, Nutrition PHD, and Joann Oshima, Nutrition Coach join the cooking club. They will be teaching students about good meal planning and healthy eating.
Opens: Saturday, October 8, at 9:30am
Closes: Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11:59pm or when all spots fill up, whichever comes first.
